Commercial shipping to Canada
The air shipment is carried out via Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport, with direct deliveries to Montreal and Toronto of parcels with maximum height of 160 cm and maximum weight of 5 tonnes / parcel by Air Canada flights.
FCL sea shipping is carried out via sea ports in Constanta, namely Constanta South Agigea and Constanta North. Containers are positioned at the loading place, at loader’s disposal, for loading, stowage and customs clearance for export. After customs clearance, containers are sent to port and are loaded on the ship as previously booked.
LCL groupage sea shipping is carried out via the port of Rotterdam. The procedure is very simple and convenient for the shipper. The cargo is delivered as ‘ready for carriage’ and is loaded into the pickup vehicle made available by ROSHIPPING. Depending on the specific requirements, the exported cargo is custom cleared in Romania or in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, before the container gets consolidated for export. Transit times to Canada are very short, namely Rotterdam – Montreal 10 days, Rotterdam – Toronto 14 days and Rotterdam – Vancouver 25 days.
Packaging (cardboard boxes, ISPM15 heat-treated wooden crates), labeling, protection of fragile cargo, professional packaging, pick up and other related services can be provided upon request.
